Policies & Terms
Venue requirements
A minimum 10ft x 10ft space, one standard power outlet within 25ft, and a covered, level area are required.
Travel policy
Travel within 50km of Penticton, BC is included at no additional charge. Events beyond 50km may include a round-trip travel fee.
Overtime policy
Additional time can be added based on availability. Rates are confirmed before the event begins.
Payment terms
A retainer secures the event date. The remaining balance is due before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation policy
Date changes must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. Cancellation terms are confirmed in the final agreement.
